Pre-operational support
For companies that are already registered but have not yet started operations, while they register with the state authorities and prepare to start business. This period usually lasts from 3 to 6 months.
We prepare and file mandatory reports with the tax, statistics and social insurance authorities and advise on the requirements.
Simplified tax regime
Bookkeeping for companies with an annual turnover of up to TJS 1,000,000 and no more than 10 employees: services, trading, manufacturing and other activities.
Eligibility for the simplified regime is confirmed in advance against the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
General tax regime
Fees are calculated individually, taking into account actual and projected turnover, number of employees, type of business and complexity of transactions, volume of primary documents and the reporting required.
Reports in English
On request, we prepare separate reports in English for the company’s shareholders and foreign participants.
Accounting and legal matters, handled together
Accounting is inseparable from law. Every entry rests on a contract, every tax on a legal rule, and a tax audit often turns into a legal matter.
That is why our clients’ legal matters are handled by the experienced lawyers of Himoya, a well-known Tajik law firm: company registration and liquidation, legal support for business, intellectual property protection. Accountants and lawyers work in a coordinated way, so the client gets one solution rather than two separate opinions.
